Complete Computer System that is compliant with the terms stated in our Sales and Returns Policy Page you should be prepared to provide us with the following information. The name of the person who's name is on the Receipt you received with your computer system, the date you purchased the system which is also located on your receipt, the serial number located on the silver sticker on the back our your computers case, and a detailed description of the problems you are having with your computer as well as any background information available. We cannot over emphasize the importance of detailed information about the problems in question, be accurate and to the point, it will better server you in the long run if you do so. If you are unable to provide us with the information required then we will be unable to try to answer your questions for you. If for some reason you have misplaced your receipt or have removed the serial number from your computer there is still a chance we can work something out. but remember that your request will place with the lowest priority until verification of your purchase can be made.
