Sales and Returns Policy Page. Many items also include
warranty's beyond this period which would be dealt with directly through the
manufacturer per their warranty options. Keep in mind that most manufactures
offer free technical support on their own products either through the Internet,
email or phone support. By purchasing products as parts or partially assembled
products it is assumed that you as the purchaser have the ability to install,
diagnose and trouble shoot any problems that would arise from the act of
installing the products purchased. Quest Technology Systems Inc. whole heatedly
recommends that you have products professionally installed by qualified
technicians no matter how small you may think the job may be. Trust us.....Its
well worth the piece of mind knowing its done right.....And the cost of doing so
easily outweighs the possible outcome from improper usage and installation
methods. Remember we are here to offer you the best possible products at the
best possible prices. We could come up with a million cliches but we'll give
you just one, "You wouldn't buy a engine for your car and then call the place
you purchased it from and ask them how to install it??", as ridiculous a idea as
that may sound it never ceases to amaze us how may people expect us to help them
install products they purchased as parts, when the customer has absolutely no
clue what they are doing to begin with. In order to give you the products you
want, at the prices you've come to expect from us, we are working on very slim
profit margins in order to do so. Unfortunately this leave zero room for
support on products purchased as parts. If you are uncomfortable with these
terms we apologize in advance but we feel if put in our situation you would
agree with us 100%.
